Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
In these regulations the term "Fair" refers to the University Preparation and Placement Fair- UPPF. The term "Participant" includes any person, firm, company or corporation and its employees and agents to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of exhibiting at the fair. The term "Organiser" means Esperanto Travel Ltd.

2. Allocation of tables
Participation takes place in the order of registration and is dependent on the availability of stand space. The Organiser allocates the place in the hall to the Participant. As far as possible, the wishes of the exhibitor are taken into consideration.

3. Application for participation
Application must be made on the Registration Form provided by the Organiser. Applications will be dealt with in strict order of receipt. The Organiser shall reserve the right to refuse any application.

4. Payment.
The Participant shall pay the total cost of the participation allocated within 30 days of the date of the invoice issued by the Organiser.

5. Cancellation policy
The application is considered as binding and becomes effective immediately. Notice of cancellation of allocated place must be given to Esperanto Travel Ltd in writing at the email address on the UPPF
Application Form.
   For cancellations made until:
   1 December 2011: no charge
   1 January 2012: 20% of the total cost will be retained
   25 January 2012: 50% of the total cost will be retained
   from 25 January 2012: 100% of the total cost will be retained

6. Event catalogue
Event catalogues will be provided to each registered participant.

7. Postponement or Abandonment
If the Fair is postponed, cancelled or abandoned by reason of war, fire, storm, explosion, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, actual or threatened violence by any terrorist group, the non-availability, either wholly or partially, of the Exhibition premises, or any other cause not within the control of the Organiser, the Organiser shall be under no liability to the Exhibitor for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations under this contract or otherwise in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses) costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the Participant, as the result of the happening of any such events

8. Media waiver
I give permission to UPPF to use photographs or video footage of me, taken at an UPPF event, for UPPF promotional purposes only.

9. Security
The Organiser will arrange a general site security during the period of the Fair but will accept no liability for loss or damage.
